Cancellation policy

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, when applicable
  • Free from damage, markings, or signs of use

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@montessorilanguage.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital products or downloads, if applicable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package our products before they leave our facility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged or defective item without contacting us first.

Price Adjustment Policy

We want our customers to feel confident when placing an order with us.

If an item you purchased goes on sale shortly after your purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment.

Eligibility

Price adjustments are available when:

  • The order was placed within 14 days before the sale began, and
  • The exact same item is included in the sale.

Price adjustments must be requested within the applicable 14-day period.

For example, if a sale begins on September 1, an order placed between August 18 and August 31 may be eligible for a price adjustment.

Exclusions

Price adjustments are not available for:

  • Orders placed more than 14 days before a sale begins
  • Previous purchases made during an earlier promotion
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Discounts that are unique to a specific customer
  • Bundle promotions or offers where the promotional value cannot be directly compared to the original purchase price
  • Orders placed after a sale has already begun

Price adjustments apply only to the difference between the original purchase price and the qualifying sale price. Shipping charges are not included in price adjustments.

We reserve the right to determine whether a promotion qualifies for a price adjustment.

Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us at hello@montessorilanguage.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or has shipped.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must instead follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Preorder Policy

Some products may be offered as preorders. When placing a preorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page or at checkout.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or other unforeseen delays.

If there is a significant delay to a preorder, we will communicate the updated timeline as soon as possible.

If you no longer wish to wait for a delayed preorder, please contact us at hello@montessorilanguage.com  to discuss your options.

Sales and Promotions

Promotional offers are valid only during the dates specified in the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively except where permitted under our Price Adjustment Policy.
  • Sale prices are valid only while the promotion is active.
  • We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time.

Certain products may be excluded from individual promotions. Any exclusions will be communicated as part of the promotion.
