Refund policy

At Montessori Language, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
You may return any unused product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return instructions. For any returns made due to damages or flaws to products upon arrival, please provide photos.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customer Pays for Return Shipping
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we will receive your return. Exceptions to this include approved returns regarding damages and/or issues.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in its original condition and packaging.
• It has not been used.
• You have your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
