At Montessori Language, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly. Below are the details regarding our shipping procedures, and the steps you need to follow if you experience any delivery issues.
Shipping Timeframe
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Preorders will be fulfilled by the end of the month specified at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the UPS website or via your account on our site.
Lost or Missing Packages

If you haven’t received your package and the tracking shows it has been delivered, please check your delivery location and surrounding area first. Occasionally, packages may be left in unexpected places (e.g., on your porch, behind a gate, or with a neighbor).

If the tracking number shows that your package was not delivered or you have not received your order, you must contact us within 25 days from the shipment date. This allows us to investigate the issue and take appropriate action before UPS’s 30-day claim window expires.
Filing a Claim

Important: We can only assist with lost or missing packages if we are notified within 25 days of shipment. After this period, we are unable to file claims or offer a free replacement due to UPS’s 30-day claims policy.

If you notify us within the 25-day window, we will initiate an investigation with UPS on your behalf and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
After 25 Days

Unfortunately, after the 25-day notice period has passed, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund for missing packages, as UPS’s claims window will have expired.
Shipping Insurance
For valuable or time-sensitive items, we recommend adding shipping insurance during checkout. This provides extra protection against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
